A customer of Zenith bank Plc has dragged the bank to social media following her frustrations with the banking services of the bank.
Yesterday a vital video was seen on social media where customers of the bank were forcing themselves into one of the bank branches for complaints of its failure in service delivery.
The customer identified with a Twitter handle @chinyereAbel was complaining of her declined Point of Sales (POS) transaction debited on her account.
Her frustration was made worse by the zenith bank’s inability to respond to her complaints via its WhatsApp platform the bank had insisted she use for her complaints.
It is worrisome that at a time Nigerians are trying to cope with the shortage of cash in circulation due to the redesigned denominations yet are put under untold hardships due to poor online transaction platforms from banks.
