User is expected to take a photo shop of situation and fill other information that will be needful in locating the location and submit. The information sent will automatically alert the appropriate desk for action.
IE expects that this App will further reduce the time of customers reporting incidents within her network and therefor increase the rate of response time in solving such issues and urges members of the public cum customers to embrace the efforts as IE poised to improving quality of service.
